It looks like maybe a school building and some sports fields. It could have been made the same way wee did our mandala's where you trace it on one side then flip it.

Someone took a bird's-eye shot of some kind of campus and most likely copied/pasted the image on a program, flipped horizontally the second copy and lined them up back-to-back, then copied/pasted the result and flipped its copy vertically, then lined it up top-to-bottom.
this is a picture of what looks like a school that was mired the same way we made our pictures that we were working on. it looks to be a photo that they edited.
