  8. I think that adding perspective to art is very important and makes the piece more complete. Without perspective it is very bland and doesn't pop. Perspective makes art more tangible, as if you are actually looking at whatever is in the painting

  14. perspective is completely necessary for almost anything other than impressionist art. I think that the creativity of each of these paintings is in their use of perspective for not only basic geometry, but using it dynamically for different subjects in the paintings.

  16. The two point perspective in Edward Hopper's painting of the lighthouse specifically stuck out to me because it looks so similar to the basic two point perspective sketches we have been working on in class.
