Art 2 - Expressive Pop paintings

Pop Art was an art movement in the 1960's that depicted imagery that was easily recognizable to most people.  It was fun and colorful!  Andy Warhol, Jasper Johns and Roy Lichtenstein lead the movement.  What do you think?

  1. I love how these artists express their work through minimalism. My personally favorite is the works by Roy Lichtenstein. I think the use of colors and simplicity really bring out the true intended nature of these works.
