First, they made the pot by shaping it into that form. After they shaped it into the form, they used a sharp tool to carve out the shape/designs they want. I think it looks unique and has a semi-Aztec design.
I think they could've done coils like us and smoothed them. Then, once they got it going, they shaped it. after that they carved designs into it. I think it is cool and kind of rustic looking.
I think the pot was made by shaping it and building it with the very sharp and defined edges, and then using a tool to make the impressions covering the pot. I also think they let the clay dry extra so that some of the cracks would appear. I really lime the uniqueness of the pot and the patterns are very interesting.

I think the pots pretty cool look nice with some flowers in it or something.

Before it was done drying, the design on the outside was pressed into it. I think that it was very well thought out and designed.

this pot is so symmetrical it seems like it was spun on a wheel, although it could have been made with coils. to make the patterns i think the artist probably took some sort of template and pressed it in
I think the pot was made out of two different parts. One started with the bottm, and the other part wasnt added on until the bottom was finished. The bottom was proabably made out of coils, then had aztec designs carved in later, while the top was made just how it looks and was smoothed only on the inside. It looks very detialed and must have taken a while to do so
