I really like the last picture. It is so realistic, like all of them, and so serene. The paintings are so realistic it's almost like someone took a picture.
These paintings are all very detailed and realistic that they record scenes just like what cameras do today. Those artists are really good at capturing moments even the objects move quickly. Even though these paintings are static, they have the dynamic effect on the people who look at them.
my favorite is the second one because I like the pops of color and I love the action that is taking place. I think the wide range is very cool and interesting.
These paintings are extremely realistic, the cloth in the first one looks like real fabric, and the reflection in the water of the last one is very impressive that they were capable of painting with so much realism without access to photographs.
I like the first painting because i think it looks very realistic. I am painting a person right now so i admire the artists detail in the three people. I also think that this was either in black and white with a camera or she had the people pose. This would have taken a long time.

i like the second picture that looks like the person painting it took a wide angle picture. This picture is very impressive because back then they didn't have a picture to go off of they just had to use their imagination when they painted and yet there is still so much detail in the painting
I like how all the paintings have a clear contrast of light and dark. I like the last one the best because of the overall green color and the tranquil feel it has to it.

I tried commenting but i signed out again. I like these better than other styles because it shows a lot of talent. It is impressive to see the skill from these paintings.
The colors are more dull and not as bright and the picture it has been taken on only shows so much, as today we can take a picture of a larger area. I do love these paintings though.
