  1. When looking at these paintings i see how his paintings started off very serious with blue toned colors. Farther down i saw more shapes and colors. My favorite one is the fifth one. I like the face of the man and the colors too.

  2. When Picasso was younger, it seems like he painted more detailed work instead of expressive. As he got older, his work became more abstract and colorful. My favorite painting the eighth one because its diverse range of colors.

  3. It was interesting to see how Picasso's painting style has transformed over the years. I personally like his abstract work better because it is different and fun to look at. I like the seventh painting the best because it appears 3D. I love how all the shapes came together to form a person and the dull colors.

  4. The change in his style is always super interesting to look at, and even in the later paintings you can still see that he’s a professional. I like the 5th one the meat because it seems to convey a lot of ambiguous almost sad emotions

  5. i think it was cool to watch him progress in the way he painted. His first few paintings were very good but once he started using the cubism i think he started to make a brand for himself and those pieces are more recognizable as being painted by Picasso

  6. At first, Picasso's work is very detailed and realistic. He painted real life situations but as he continued to develop as an artist, he became more abstract. I think he truly found the style he loved the most.

  7. No matter what style Picasso adopts, his paintings always reflect the real world, just in different forms. I like the portrayal of the sick's hand in the first painting, it's extremely realistic and vivid. I also found that Picasso paints many people in clown suits, for example the fourth one which is called Saltimbanques.

  8. Picasso's painting are so realistic and he sues so many different colors and textures to make it lively looking. I love the painting with the women looking in the mirror, it is so cool looking and has lots of meaning behind it.

  9. To see his work progress into such an abstract form is really interesting. He started out doing fairly realistic paintings, but it transforms into a totally different style. However, no matter how abstract he goes you can still see some real world figures in there.

  10. The one with the main playing the guitar really stuck out to me. He just looks so sad and gloomy, but I still really like the painting because it shows a lot of detail.

  11. All of his paintings seem dark, and depressing. My favorite one is the fifth one. It caught my eye because of all the different shapes.

  14. Picasso is a very interesting artist. I love how creative he was with his sketches. My favorite is the one with the old man playing the guitar. It somehow brings a very deep emotion.

  15. His paintings throughout the years get less and less realistic. Its like he is giving up with trying to make his paintings perfect, and instead he is painting how he wants to paint.

  17. you can tell that as he gets older his style changes farther and farther away from a realistic perspective and more into an abstract perspective. i like the last painting best because there is so much going on but you are still able to tell what its showing you.
