Here are even more teapots. Notice how the cup shape is related to the teapot. Which is your favorite?
If you have time, create cups to compliment your teapot.
Also, there is a GREAT pottery show and sale going on this week and through the weekend. It is called Fired Works. If you go and take a selfie with your favorite group of ceramic work, I will add 10 points to your Blog grade (that would be the same as replacing a forgotten one). It does cost $5 to get in. There is some really cool stuff there. The show runs April 22-30. The hours are 11-6 Monday-Friday, 9-5 on Saturday and 12-4 on Sunday. Grab a friend and go!

Art One - Vincent van Gogh
Below are works by Vincent van Gogh. He lived 1853-1890. He was only 37 when he died from a self inflicted gun shot wound. He grew up in Holland but moved to France as an adult. He only sold one painting in his lifetime but is one of the world's best known painters. (This is not always the case. Monet, Picasso and Matisse were all famous in their lifetimes.)
His very last painting.

Here are some great teapot examples. Which do you like or not like? Begin thinking about what your design will be.
Art Two - Color Mixing
Click the link and watch the following video about color mixing. The guy is a tiny bit boring, but it's good information that will help you when you start mixing color.
Art One - Color Video
Click the link below to watch the video. It is a GREAT (and very, very interesting - I promise) video about color and culture.
What do you think? What comment in the video stood out to you? Do not repeat comments.
