Art 2 - Pop Art

Below are examples of Pop Art.  How is it different or the same as what Jasper Johns did?

  1. This pop art is sharper and pays more attention to details and realistic. Jasper John's work is looser and more abstract while still using the bright colors like this pop art.

  2. I like this artwork better than Johns, but work Johns' focuses more on the paint and strokes than the subject, which is the center of this work.

  3. I like the pop art better than the Jasper Johns paintings. Johns is more focused on paint techniques than content.

  5. This artwork is much more realistic than Jasper Johns. They both use a lot of color though, which I love.

  6. jasper's type of painting is more abstract than these pop art style but the pop are looks more uniformed and in my opintion looks better
