What is this?  How was this made?

  21. This is probably an aerial view of some type of campus or building complex. After they took the picture they probably used a type of photo shop program to give it a kaleidoscope effect.

  22. It looks like someone only took a picture of a corner of a square of land on a map. Then used a computer system to flip/ reverse the picture over and over again.
