Art One - Salvador Dali's religious works

This painting took 9 months to complete and was purchased by the National Gallery in Washington D.C.

  1. It looks as if Dali put a spin on ancient religious a paintings. They are each slightly different from what the normal would be.

  7. I like how the cucifixtion is in the Lord's Supper! it's sort of symbolized that that is what was on Jesus' mind. -McKenzie

  12. He made his religious paintings look almost modern the last supper is cool because it looks like they are in heaven having a supper

  21. the first painting is absolutely beautiful. its so magical. surprised honestly that it ONLY took 9 months, seems like it wouldve taken longer with all the colors and how he made the light look so perfect how it was shining on them.
