i like the first painting by edgar degas, it is very detailed and i know how hard it would be to do that. also he makes the painting look more realistic by making each person have a slightly different look. -griffin
i like the first picture by George Braque. i like how you can tell it is a painting of houses and trees with a bridge in the background, but they aren't detailed - bella
I enjoyed Edgar Degas' paintings more because it takes more talent to do something that realistic. Braque is more abstract which I feel like doesn't show the full talent of the artist.
I like the 5th painting because it looks realistic and unrealistic at the same time. I like how he makes the face out of shapes but doesn’t stray away from the realistic aspect
I like Degas' paintings a lot more because they look more developed and they have more detail. The first one was my favorite because it was simple yet still very pretty.
I like Degas' paintings because they are more realistic and pays more attention to detail. I also like the overall, everyday pictures that he depicts. My favorite is the first painting by Degas. I love the ballerinas and how much detail he put into the painting.
I like the first painting the best because I think it is really cool how the too-toos are almost transparent. I feel like making a brush stroke that still shows the background through transparency is really an amazing feat! -Bryce
