Because of the movement in the sculptures, the figures are able to tell a more vivid story by their actions than a figure standing still could.

these sculptures are incredibly detailed and intricate. the sculptors did a great job of capturing the motion of the figures into a frozen sculpture.

ReplyDeleteI think that the movement of the sculptures is so unique and help portray some kind of story with their body movement. I particularly like the snake or rope that is intertwined between the people the first sculpture.
