    coil pot maybe? it is very pretty

    I think they started out with a coil pot and made it flare out at the top and then smoothed out the coils. They then pressed on the designs. I think the pot is very well made and I like the patterns that are on it.

    coil pot, smoothed out the coils, then pressed the designs on it. It looks really old, but awesome!

    looks like they started with with a circle on the bottom and used coils to build up to get a different shape. it looks pretty cool for a flower pot.

    maybe they used a spendel thing. it looks like it took a while to make with all the designs in it

    I think they used different shapes of clay and then scorched it together. it seems like it has "seems" where these places come together. I really like the way it looks, especially at the top. I think they started at the bottom as a coil pot then attached different things maybe?
