2D students (this will include Meg and Tesch too - I won't keep saying this, okie dokie?) - Look at paintings of seated figures by Alice Neel and Lucian Freud. Pick one and re-create it on a full page in your sketchbook. Most of y'all have been doing a great job on this assignment so keep it up :)
3D students (this will include Katherine too) - Look at figurative sculpture by Auguste Rodin. Pick one and draw it in your sketchbook. You may use any material but use a range of value to show the textures and dimension.
